Robot specifically designed for the production of seals in thixotropic and flexible polyurethane.

It is also suitable for distributing and pouring other products materials such as: gel; silicone; and compact, expanded or thixotropic elastomer.

Specifically, the plant showcased in this video consists of:

• a foaming machine for polyurethane.
• a six-axis robot for polyurethane distribution.
• a casting area dedicated to off-line products.

The plant was designed and built to seal the frames of air conditioning filters. It has a production capacity of 700 pcs/h calculated on 500 x 500 mm square frames.

Anyway, it is a system that can be easily adapted to produce parts for the automotive sector, electrical control panels and, more generally, filters or gaskets.
