These plant usually include a rotary table with 10 or 12 stations and a high-pressure foaming machine for integral Polyurethane.

Essential feature of these systems is the injection of the mixed material inside the moulds from various positions (vertical, horizontal or tilted horizontal). These movements are completely automatic. Plus, it is possible to have working cycles with mixed pouring stances, since a distinct pouring arrangement can be assigned independently to each station.

Using such a plant one can reach a production from 100 up to 180 pieces / hour.

Moreover, upon request, it is possible to add:

• Multi-axis pouring trolleys or anthropomorphic robots to handle foaming, painting and release agent spraying operations.
• A static system with 2 automated presses.
