(Office Chairs, Car Seats, Mechanical Earth Mover Seats, Forklift Seats, Motorcycle Saddles and Physical Training Accessories)
These are systems studied and designed for the production of any type of seat.
It is possible to customize them by choosing between various levels of automation, rotary tables from 10 up to 44 stations (diameter from 5 m up to 18 m) and mould-holders of different sizes.
Usually they are paired with high-pressure foaming machines suitable for integral or flexible foam. They may also come equipped with anthropomorphic robots or pouring trolleys with controlled axes, in order to distribute / inject / apply Polyurethane materials, release agent and paints directly on the moulds.
It is also worth mentioning that, regardless of model and dimensions, these systems support also the production with vacuum-sealed film / fabric placed and secured directly on the moulds. Then, flexible or viscoelastic foam is poured directly inside the film / fabric. Using this method, it is possible to effectively produce seats for mechanical earth movers, forklifts and cars, but also motorcycle saddles, accessorises for physical training (benches, gym apparatuses, etc…) and office chairs of really good quality.
Anyway, also these plant can be combined with the technology for the application of gel, both by pouring and spraying.
