PU MIX can boast more than 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high-performance system to produce traditional saddles, mountain bike saddles, racing saddles and others for the simple free time.
We are capable of supplying such systems with: various levels of automation; rotary table or carousels of different dimensions (from 24 up to 80 stations); mould-holders of various sizes; and low or high-pressure foaming machines for integral, semi-integral or flexible foam.
Our systems to produce saddles support also the production with vacuum-sealed film directly on the moulds, with gel and with flexible or integral foam. It is also possible to add anthropomorphic robots or pouring trolleys with controlled axes, in order to distribute / inject / apply Polyurethane materials, release agent and paints directly on the moulds.
