Our rotary tables to produce gaskets feature low-pressure casting machines capable of performing the automatic variation of the flow rate’s tare and of the mixing ratio. Said machines have a minimum flow rate of 0.3 g/sec and they are equipped special tanks to handle Polyurethane microcellular foam, thixotropic systems, adhesives and/or sealants.
The most relevant characteristic of these systems is the distribution of the PU material thanks to interpolated axes X-Y-Z. As a matter of fact, due to this process, it is possible to guide the pouring cycles and the mixing head along specific and well-defined paths. The operator may also set up and adjust the automatic distribution of polyurethane materials over moulds, trays or panels according to pre-set courses, without losing any positioning accuracy or speed (up to 40 m/min).
Finally, we also supply a specific rigid frame to complement the aforementioned axes, in order to negate vibrations during pouring.
