The rotary version of this plant is aimed at the large-scale production of:
- Air and oil filters in expanded Polyurethane, a material remarkably resistant to vibrations and high temperatures. These filters are mainly used in the Automotive sector.
- Filters in elastomeric Polyurethane, which is extremely resistant to water. Final articles in this material are mainly used for filtering pools and spas.
- High-performance filters, which are absolutely essentials in the Automotive field.
These rotary tables may feature from 24 up to a maximum of 80 stations. Each station is comprised of a lower rotating plate (adjustable speed) as support and, in case, an upper plate for closure. All lower plates are heated at the same temperature, which can be check thanks to infrared probes and adjusted in the supervision panel. Pouring cycles are handled using a 2- or 3-axis pouring trolley.
The setup is slightly different for the production of air filters. As a matter of fact, the moulds are static and they have variable layouts. Moreover, the mould-holders may feature single or double lid, in order to facilitate the insertion of the filtering paper.
All the versions of this type of plant are designed to satisfy even the more demanding requirements in terms productivity. Moreover, same as for all the other machines we produce, these systems are fully customizable. For instance, we can supply also a semi-automatic variant that features a single frame for both the foaming machine and the pouring trolley.
