We can supply this type of plant with: various levels of automation; rotary tables of different dimensions (diameters ranging from 4 m up to 16 m); mould-holders of various sizes (minimum of 8 up to a maximum of 80 stations); and low or high-pressure foaming machines for integral, semi-integral or flexible foam.
Using such a system, it is possible to reach a production of up to 3500 pieces/h. This is thanks to the use of 1 or 2 mixing heads working in parallel.
Furthermore, it is possible to equip the rotary tables with rotating mould-holders, in order to obtain the centrifugal and uniform distribution of the Polyurethane inside the moulds. This method ensures a smother surface (skin) of the final articles, by remove almost all bubble and7or imperfections.
These systems may also be paired with anthropomorphic robots or pouring trolleys with controlled axes, in order to distribute / inject / apply Polyurethane materials, release agent and paints directly on the moulds.
