(Insoles, Fussbett and Midsoles)
Automatic rotary plant ideal for the production of insoles, fussbett and midsoles. It is possible to alternate between two different types of materials during the pouring process. Furthermore, this system can be integrated with special devices to mix Polyurethane with cork and/or latex with cork.
Considering their robust construction and their closing strength, each station can be fitted with moulds with multiple cavities (from 1 pair up to 3 pairs of soles/fussbett). This is possible because both the upper and the lower plate of each mould-holder are tailor-made according to the needs of each customer.
All our Insole Mix can be complemented with specific equipment to feed and mix cork, thus opening up the production of articles in mixed PU, recycled PU, cork or latex with cork.
Finally, the versions of this plant sporting from 36 up to 48 stations may feature 2 parallel mixing heads, in order to reduce downtimes to the bare minimum and boost productivity up to 900 pairs/h.
