The Compact Mix and Gel Mix branded PU MIX are the product of over 35 year of experience in preparing, dosing and distributing polyurethane gel, since it first appeared during the mid-eighties. The machines are used to pour bi-component gel and compact Polyurethane systems. Moreover, they are designed for low pressure and to work ideally between 20°C and 60°C. The true strength of these machines is that, thanks to their dimensions and functionalities, they can be easily adapted to basically any production need.
Our Compact Mix are mini-pouring machines conceived for the low-scale casting of Polyurethane gel. Flexibility and cheapness are the key factors contributing to the great success of this model, since our customers can easily diversify their production again a fairly small investment.

- Micro dosing between 0.3 g/sec and 20 g/sec.

On the other hand, our Gel Mix are best suited for the medium to large scale manufacturing of products in Polyurethane gel and other compact Elastomers. These machines are realized to ensure high performance, while still being flexible and easy-to-use.
