These ovens are made according to specific construction parameters aimed at optimizing structural integrity and thermal insulation at the same time. In addition to that, the heating areas of such units are designed to be the most suitable for maturation and protecting products from any functioning anomaly.
The heating process is possible thanks to a continuous forced ventilation system, which comprises groups of long-lasting armoured resistors. The air inside each one of the oven’s areas is sucked upwards by helical fans. Then, it is heated while it goes through the aforementioned heating elements and it is eventually redirected into the oven’s rooms from below. Together with the thermal insulation provided by thick layers of mineral wool covering all walls, this system guarantees the homogeneous heating of all working zones of the equipment.
All PU MIX pre-heating and maturation ovens are highly customizable (i.e. number of working areas) and they feature:
- Independent temperature regulation for each heating area.
- Constant measurement and control of the temperature inside the ovens’ rooms.
- Safety electromechanical thermostat to deactivate the heating system in case of overtemperature.
- Double doors with proximity sensors, immediate-release system in case of accidental opening and safety handle to open the oven from the inside.
- Fumes extraction system with pneumatic shutters (it activates before doors can be opened).
- Automatic windows/doors for pourings performed directly inside the oven, while the operator stays outside.
- Up to 6 temperatures and internal divisions (areas) for the oven, with software timers and regulations independent for each one.
- Adequate dimensions to ensure that there is ample room for maneuver, both when loading and unloading trolleys.
- General control board for power supply and temperature regulations.
- Heating groups with arrays of separate resistors to maintain the correct temperature after it has been reached and to optimize energy saving.
- Touch screen panel to program all working parameters (i.e. temperature, polymerization cycle times, weekly timers to turn on / off the heating system, batch data, etc…).
- Internet connection for remote assistance.
