(Soles, Slippers and Sandals)
Automatic rotary plant suitable for the large-scale manufacture (up to 600 pairs/h and quick mould adjustments) of soles, slippers and sandals in single density. Moreover, it is also possible to alternate between two different types of materials during the pouring process (double density).
We can also supply a highly sophisticated version of this plant for the production of soles in double density and double colour. Such a system sports mould-holders with rotating plates and a second dosing and mixing machine. Each station may accommodate three-part moulds (1 bottom and 2 covers), thus enabling the use of two different colours and densities in the same sole.
All our Arrow Mix are absolutely customizable. They may feature a minimum of 24 up to a maximum of 80 stations. It is also worth mentioning that, regardless of model and dimensions, these systems support also the production with vacuum-sealed film placed directly on the moulds, which is activated by infrared lamps.
Finally, it is also possible to implement the dosing and distribution of recycled materials, cork and other ground materials, which are added directly into the mixing head.
